Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

        Achieve budgeted sales target and profit based on company direction.

        Represent company in the defined market i.e. OEM, Automotive Industry, Electronics Industry, General Industry, EMS etc.

        Identify new prospects and develop them to be key customers.

        Identify the opportunity and should involve in technical, commercial discussions then execute projects by completing installations.

        Independently should make technical bill of material and specifications to serve customer requirement.

        Analyze and evaluate the competitors’ products or system.

        Collaborate with colleagues in local and head quarter.

Requirements & Qualifications:

      He should at list 7-8 years’ technical sales experience.

      His background should be Automation sales, Dispensing equipment sales, or any type of Industrial equipment’s sales.

      Education background from Mechanical /Electronics (B Tech /BE) or Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics with good experience.

      Must having good technical and commercial negotiation skills.

      Must having good technical concept understanding skills.

      He should capable to handle the region independently right from the beginning and he have to do all business development activities.

      Must have good customer base knowledge in Automotive / Electronics industries.

      Must have good geographical knowledge in respected region.

      Must speak English, Hindi & respected region local language.
